Easy Pesto Prawn Zucchini 'Pasta'
Julienne Zucchini is a perfect healthier alternative to regular Pasta. This quick and easy recipe will have you sitting down to eat in just 15 minutes
2 Tablespoons of Green Pesto
1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil
8 King Praws
3 Clove of Minced Garlic
Wash the Zucchini and use the Julienne Slicer to quickly and easily create Julienne strips. This Julienne slicer can be used both downwards and upwards motions which is quick and easy!
Cook the Prawns in a deep Frypan with the Olive Oil and Garlic. When the Prawns are close to ready, add the Pesto and Zucchini Strips. Stir to combine, add a dash of water to the pan to create a gentle steam. The Zucchini will start to soften and cook in just a few minutes.
Serve up right away and serve with fresh torn Basil.
