These fries are not only really tasty - but are much better for you than regular fries!
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Grab 3 large sweet potatoes and give them a good wash under cold running water, scrubbing well to remove all of the dirt.
Use our 12mm Strip Slicer to cut the Sweet Potato into thin strips - the Safety Handle works great to ensure you can slice to the last bit safely.
Add the stripe to a large mixing bowl, then sprinkle over enough Vegetable Oil to coat, and toss with a pinch of sea salt, black pepper, and ½ a teaspoon of sweet smoked paprika.
Spread out the slices into a single layer on a large baking tray. Place this in the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, turning regularly. Once they are golden and cooked through, serve with either Tomato Sauce or Sour Cream.
